Natus Vincere have suffered their second defeat at the IEM5 European Championship Finals as they were downed 16-10 by Lions. Lions got off to a great start in the first half and reached an early 5-0 lead, with Rasmus "Gux" Ståhl proving himself decisive in close rounds. Na´Vi then scored for the first time, but Lions quickly regained control of the match, inspired by Frej "kHRYSTAL" Sjöström's AWP work on the inner bombsite. As Na´Vi were finding it very hard to move past Lions' defense, the Swedish side wrapped up an impressive 11-4 lead at the break. Upon switching sides, Lions managed to enlarge their lead in the pistol round in a 2-vs-3 situation which looked like to be in Na´Vi's hands. A purchasing attempt in the third round by the Ukrainians bore no fruits, and Lions got closer and closer to the win. Na´Vi still managed to collect some rounds, but they were unable to emulate mTw's comeback as Lions sealed the deal and won the match 16-10. IEM5 European Championship FinalsBest of 0 Lions, who will meet forZe now, are sharing the top spot of the group with fnatic, while Natus Vincere will take on TCM-Gaming for survival in the tournament.
